I finished installing Symfony a while ago and finally found some time to start learning and testing this baby out. I get some comfort from its strong structure and adventurous conventions (yes, I feel that learning new conventions is an adventure!) and knowing that I can develop rapidly soon enough.
To cut to the chase, I got an example in the documentation that had form Helpers. Of course it only showcased one or two helper methods, so I quickly started googling (the process of searching with google) for Symfony HTML form helpers. I didn’t find what I needed ‘off the bat’, but I did find this neat Symfony Javascript and AJAX Helper cheat sheet that I may find invaluable at a later time.
The cheat sheet was found on this cool webdev blog. Although the blog is written in spanish you can browse through and find other hints of cheat sheets, most translated to English. I will eventually post them up here in the Symfony – Cheat Sheet category of my blog. Enjoy.
